Con la definizione di un Cruscotto Aziendale (balanced scorecard) si raggruppano le principali attività aziendali e si definiscono gli indicatori chiave di prestazione per determinare se le attività sono in linea con le strategie definite dell’azienda stessa, collegando gli obiettivi operativi a breve con gli obiettivi strategici a lungo termine.
Con i KPI si tende al miglioramento delle prestazioni di business mediante la misurazione di prospettive che riflettono i diversi punti di vista dai quali può essere vista l’Organizzazione, in modo da tenere sotto controllo in modo costante l’andamento di uno o più processi aziendali.

i processi, le relazioni con i clienti, i collaboratori e le tecnologie - Concretizzare la visione e le strategie dell’organizzazione fino al punto in cui sia possibile misurarle, con opportuni indicatori di prestazione (KPI)
Implementare la strategia aziendale – le 4 aree della Balanced Scorecard
La Balanced Scorecard considera 4 elementi (o aree) strategici:
- prospettiva finanziaria
- clienti e mercati (prodotti e servizi)
- processi interni
- apprendimento e crescita
La costruzione relativamente semplice della Balanced Scorecard la rende adatta anche come strumento per comunicare a tutti i collaboratori la visione, le strategie e come si intende realizzarli.
